Assessments

I offer assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). These assessments are completed in line with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines. These assessments use gold standard assessment tools including:

ASD assessments:

 -The Diagnostic Interview for Social and Communication Disorders (DISCO) 

- The Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS)

- All ASD assessments are completed with two clinicians

ADHD Assessments 

- The ADHD Child Evaluation [ACE]

- A school observation (if indicated)

- Qbcheck

Information is obtained from home and school prior to the assessment using screening forms and questionnaires.
