I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have completed an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a Postgrauate Diploma in Mental Health Nursing at King's College London (KCL) and a Masters in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Children and Young People at University College London (UCL).

I specialise in working with children, young people and their families. Since qualifying in 2009 I have spent my time working in a range of Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) within the NHS. I have experience of working with children and young people up to the age of 19, who are affected by a variety of mental health difficulties including depression, exam stress and anxiety disorders. This includes specific phobias, panic, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalised anxiety, separation anxiety and social anxiety.

I offer screening and full diagnostic assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
